Backtagging: Joining a thread that's weeks old and hasn't been tagged on in ages, not so much; keeping playing in a thread that's been going for weeks, fine! ^^
Threadhopping: Organization is good, but if it makes sense, go for it.
Fourthwalling: I sincerely doubt anybody else in a game will have read his book.
Offensive Subjects: I'm cool with most things. I'm more about how offensive subjects are handled than the subjects themselves.
Squicks: I don't play out sex (not an issue with Frederick given he is a skeleton), and I have a moderate mind control squick.

Hugging: If you don't mind hugging a deer skeleton!
Fighting: He's more likely to run away, but you can try.
Injuring: Sure, though he might physically fall apart if someone tried to hit him.
Killing: Only if he can respawn. I prefer it to be for some kind of plot purposes.
Telepathy/Mind-Reading: He doesn't technically have a brain, so it might be tricky, but if your mind-reading is more like soul-reading, it might work.
Sex: He doesn't have the right parts, sorry.
